采用水平淀粉凝胶电泳技术对黄姑鱼青岛、舟山和厦门3个群体的遗传结构和遗传分化进行了研究。在G3PDH、IDHP、LDH、MDH、PGDH、PGM、SDH和SOD等 8种酶中,共检测到11个基因位点。3个黄姑鱼群体在G3PDH*和PGM*位点上均呈多态,其多态位点比例均为02。3个群体的平均杂合度观测值和预期值分别在0.010 1-0.037 9和0.023 4-0.039 9之间,平均每个位点的有效等位基因数在1.029 0-1.052 8之间。3个群体间遗传距离和遗传一致度分别为0.000 4-0.000 8和0.999 2-0.999 6。研究结果表明,3个黄姑鱼群体之间无明显的遗传分化 |

Genetic structures of Nibea albiflora as revealed by isozyme analysis |

Abstract: |
Horizontal starch gel electrophoresis was used to investigate the genetic structure 〖JP2〗and differentiation of the three〖JP〗 populations (Qingdao, Zhoushan and Xiamen) of Nibea albiflora. Eleven putative loci were revealed by eight enzymes (G3PDH, IDHP, LDH, MDH, PGDH, PGM, SDH and SOD). The percentage of polymorphic loci for each population was 02. The mean observed and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0010 1 to 0037 9 and from 0023 4 to 0039 9, respectively. The average number of efficient allele for each locus varied from 1.029 0 to 1.052 8. The genetic distances among populations were from 0.000 4 to 0.000 8, and the genetic similarities were from 0.999 2 to 0.999 6. The results showed that there was no significant genetic differentiation among the three populations of N. albiflora |
