      刀鲚是我国重要的经济鱼类,曾是黄河重要的溯河洄游型鱼类。受河流断流、水利工程建设、环境污染和过度捕捞等因素的影响,20世纪80年代末黄河刀鲚资源逐渐枯竭；新世纪以来,随着黄河调水调沙的推进特别是在南水北调东线工程通水后,刀鲚资源在黄河流域重现,但其驱动机制尚不清楚。为探究黄河刀鲚资源演变情况,本文综述了黄河刀鲚的生物学特性、资源状况、遗传多样性、生境履历等方面的研究现状,并结合近年来对黄河下游及其附属水体刀鲚资源的调查研究,探讨分析了黄河刀鲚资源发展趋势及研究方向,以期为黄河刀鲚资源的有效管理、资源修复和可持续利用提供参考。

      Coilia nasus is a significant economic fish in China and used to be an important anadromic fish of the Yellow River.According to different life history forms, C. nasus is divided into two types: migratory type and sedentary type. It is a model organism for the study of fish resource conservation.
