研究了药浴给药和药饵给药两种方式下,诺氟沙星(NFLX)在中国对虾养殖环境中的残留、迁移、富集等动态变化规律,以期为其生态风险评价提供参考数据。结果表明,NFLX进入中国对虾养殖池塘后,水体中药物浓度迅速下降,两种给药方式下,最高浓度均不超过40µg/L。底泥表现出明显的吸附积累,而且长时间保持吸附残留。在药浴给药方式下,底泥中的药物浓度最高可达4375.76µg/kg。 |

The distribution, accumulation and transfer dynamics of Norfloxacin (NFLX) in water and sediments of Fenneropenaeus chinensis culture ponds were studied to assess the ecological risk of norfloxacin residue on aquaculture ecosystem. Norfloxacin was administrated by two different ways, including water bathing and feed administration. The concentration of NFLX in the water decreased rapidly, and the highest concentration was less than 40µg/L in both ways of delivery. NFLX was absorbed and accumulated in the sediments, which may reach high concentrations up to 4375.76µg/kg when the medicine was delivered by water bathing. |
