采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)测定磺胺邻二甲氧嘧啶(Sulfadinoxine,SDM')在牙鲆Paralichthys olivaceaus血浆、肌肉和肝脏中随时间的浓度变化,通过DAS.2.0版药物代谢动力学软件研究了SDM'在牙鲆体内的药代动力学。研究结果表明,以200 mg/kg的剂量进行单次口灌,SDM'在血浆、肌肉和肝脏中的代谢过程均符合二室模型,药-时曲线呈现单峰变化;达到Cmax的时间分别是24、24、8 h,Cmax分别是158.09、43.04和6.71mg/kg;消除半衰期分别为48.9、501.5和116.1 h。SDM'在牙鲆体内消除较慢,残留时间较长。 |

The pharmacokinetics of sulfadimoxine (SDM’) in plasma, muscle and liver tissues of Paralichthys olivaceaus were analyzed using UPLC method after oral administration of 200 mg/kg SDM’ as a single dose. The results showed that the SDM’ concentrations in plasma, muscle and liver of P. olivaceaus were best described as a two-compartment model by DAS. 2.0. The time to reach maximum concentration in plasma, muscle and liver was 24 h, 24 h and 8 h, and the Cmax was 158.09 mg/kg, 43.04 mg/kg and 6.71 mg/kg, respectively. The elimination half life turned out to be 48.9 h, 501.5 h and 116.1 h. The residual time of SDM’ in P. olivaceaus was very long. |
