研究了温度、盐度和pH对圆斑星鲽精子活力的影响。结果表明,圆斑星鲽精子活力最适宜温度范围为8~12℃,最适宜盐度范围为25~35,最适宜pH范围为7~8。由实验结果可知,20℃以上高温和盐度15以下的低盐度海水对圆斑星鲽精子活力有抑制作用,在适宜环境条件下精子快速活动时间最长为7~8min,精子寿命最长为12~17min。生产操作中,圆斑星鲽人工受精应在适宜的环境条件下、精子活力高的时间内进行,以获取高质量的受精卵。 |

The effects of temperature, salinity and pH on the sperm activity of Verasper variegatus were investigated. The results showed that the optimized water temperature for sperm activity ranged from 8 ℃ to 12℃, salinity ranged from 25 to 35, and the most suitable pH range for sperm activity was 7~8. The present results revealed that the activity of sperm was inhibited by high temperature(above 20℃) and low-salinity (<15). Under appropriate environmental conditions the longest eddying time for the spermatozoa was 7~8min and the longest life span was 12~17min. Artificial fertilization should be done under most optimized environmental conditions in order to obtain high quality fertilized eggs. These findings would serve as a reference for the artificial fertilization of V. variegatus. |
