通过自行研制桡足类室内培养装置对中华哲水蚤进行室内高密度培养研究,该装置可实现自动控制循环水流和温度。在61 d的培养期中,中华哲水蚤成体数由2.3 ind/L增至19.7 ind/L;产卵数由14.7 eggs/L增至85.7eggs/L。DO、NH4N和CODcr等主要水质指标都保持在一个较为理想的水平。这一结果表明,该培养系统已初步实现室内桡足类种群的高密度培养。 |

Preliminary study on intensive indoor cultivation of copepod Calanus sinicus |

Abstract: |
A self designed culture system was used for the study of intensive indoor cultivation of Calanus sinicus. Water flow and temperature of the circulating system was automatically controlled. During the course of 61 d laboratory experiment, the number of adult Calanus sinicus increased from 2.3 ind/L to19.7 ind/L, and the egg production increased from14.7 eggs/L to 85.7eggs/L, respectively. Major water quality parameters, such as DO, NH4-N and CODcr were kept at an acceptable range. The results indicated that the establishment of this culture system might lay a foundation for intensive indoor cultivation of Calanus sinicus. |
