Abstract:In this experiment, kelp as raw material was used to study the factors affecting the leach rate of iodine, mannitol and polysaccharides, including temperature, time, pH and solid-liquid ratio. Single factor and orthogonal experiments were done to determine the best leach conditions which was found as 80 ℃,9h,pH 2.0,and at solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30.Under this condition we obtained 0.347 g iodine,29.104 g mannitol,3.502 g polysaccharides in 100g kelp. This experiment will provide reference data for kelp deep processing.
