    Abstract:

The impacts of White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) on the haemocyte phagocytic activity, and the acid phosphate (ACP) and alkaline phosphate (AKP) activities in the hepatopancreas of Procambarus clarkia were examined. The results showed that the immune factors of P.clarkia changed along with the WSSV infection time, and phagocytes activity could reflect the health of shrimps indirectly. However, the variation of the ACP and AKP activity was not obvious and had no apparent tendency during different infection stages. This study provided basic data on immune level change after pathogenic affection.
