Abstract:This paper dealt with the embryonic and nectochaeta development of Perinereis nuntia Savigny under different conditions of temperature, salinity and diet. The results showed that: The ranges of suitable temperature and salinity for embryonic development were 18~25℃ and 25~32 respectively; The ranges of suitable temperature and salinity for nectochaeta growth were 24~32℃ and 20~35 respectively;Tenuous diet could be ingested, but the survival rate of larval feeding on microalgae was higher than that of larval feeding on egg york or yeast.
